Service description

These Terms govern your access to and use of Aimusicdetector.app. Aimusicdetector.app is operated by an individual operator. For account, billing, privacy, or legal questions, contact [email protected].

Aimusicdetector.app provides informational AI music screening. The service may allow you to upload audio, receive a probabilistic AI likelihood band, view confidence context, and save scan history when account features are available.

The service is a first-pass screening aid only. It is not legal advice, copyright clearance, an authorship determination, an infringement finding, a platform-policy decision, a monetization guarantee, a distribution guarantee, or a commercial-use guarantee.

Uploaded files

You may upload only audio files that you own or have permission to analyze. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and lawful bases needed to upload and process the file.

Do not upload files you are not allowed to process, confidential files you are not authorized to share, or audio containing sensitive personal information unless you have appropriate permission and a lawful basis.

Scan results

Scan results are probabilistic and may be wrong. Accuracy may vary depending on track length, audio quality, compression, vocals, instruments, metadata, provider availability, model version, and other factors.

A lower-AI result is not final clearance. A higher-AI result is not proof that a track is AI-generated or infringing. For legal, takedown, marketplace, platform-policy, label, licensing, or high-value decisions, seek professional review rather than relying only on an automated scan.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Paid features and checkout

Initial scans may be available for free when scanning is available. Signed-in users may buy one-time scan credit packs for additional detector runs after free limits are used.

Batch Review, when available, consumes one scan credit per reviewed file and provides a CSV summary for the current batch only. It is not a saved report, certificate, legal review, or API product.

Scan credits do not have a scheduled expiration at launch while the account remains active, but they may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, account closure, service discontinuation, or legal requirements.

Monthly subscriptions are not open for public purchase right now.

Public paid reports, certificates, and B2B API access are not part of the current product direction.

Paid scan credits and private account features may require account access, checkout status, successful provider processing, available detection-provider capacity, and policy checks.

When payment is used, the merchant name shown at checkout or on your payment statement may identify the checkout provider merchant account or the individual operator.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload files you do not own or are not authorized to process; process confidential, private, or sensitive audio without permission; abuse free quotas, credits, checkout, subscriptions, or refund systems; attempt to access private result URLs or accounts; use scan results for harassment, false accusations, misleading public claims, or automated takedown campaigns; or claim that a scan result is final evidence of authorship, infringement, platform compliance, monetization eligibility, or commercial-use safety.

Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, security, bot protection, AI music detection, authentication, analytics, payments, email, storage, and support. These providers may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued.

Aimusicdetector.app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Suno, Udio, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Apple, Google, Meta, PayPal, Modulate, or any music generation, distribution, marketplace, or social platform unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights you have in files you upload. By uploading a file, you give Aimusicdetector.app and its service providers permission to process the file only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Refunds and payment adjustments are governed by the Refund and Credit Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimusicdetector.app and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, platform decisions, takedown decisions, licensing disputes, or reliance on scan results.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
