Frequently asked questions

Short answers are also reflected in JSON-LD for routes where the same question is visible on the page.

When is a report credit consumed?

A full report credit is consumed only after a full Creator Risk Report is successfully generated. Vendor errors or technical failures should not consume a credit.

Can I buy a subscription?

Creator and Pro monthly plans are included in the entitlement model. PayPal subscription plan IDs must be configured before self-serve subscriptions open. When subscriptions open, the checkout and account UI must disclose auto-renewal timing, cancellation path, and effective cancellation date before payment.

What happens if PayPal is not configured?

Checkout buttons show a setup-required state instead of taking payment. The product will not pretend that billing is live.
